My sister was screaming in the shower, asking me how to do something. I assumed she didn’t know which was the hot water tap. Turns out she wanted to know how to use the shower gel.

Today was my monthly weigh-in and measurement day.
Gone down by just 1/2 a pound. I’ll consider that good. Body fat is still the same. Lost an inch in my hips, abdomen, and neck. And that’s pretty much it.
